我原本也以为是二楼的那个答案，但是不确定为什么倒装了连谓语动词也要变呢？

我也觉得是The rate at which trees grow is believed to be among the surest indication on Earth of sunspot cycles.

他的倒装句不应该是：among the surest indication on Earth of sunspot cycles is believed to be the rate that trees grow.

而文中为什么是among the surest indication on Earth of sunspot cycles are believed to be the rate that trees grow.

请NN指点倒装的用法，我也查一些，等会贴过来

prepe 解释说 B项把on earth放在句首不和逻辑

单看这一点,on earth的意思就是"世界上",这样的话放在句首表示强调也未尝不可啊

而且E是不是也可以说成,On earth amongn the surest indications of sunspot cycles is believed to be the rate at which trees grow.

请指教~~

on eather修饰indications，介词短语紧接它所修饰的名次
