当时我是这样想的
正确答案C中 制药商给医院低价 但医院不一定因此同样也低价的给患者 所以答案中"because it is inexpensive"需要建立在医院同样会降低给患者的假设下 所以觉得这个解释是我的备选项 但是不是很贴切 当然 医院也会不降价卖给患者 这样低进高出的售药医院可以从中获利
选D是觉得疼痛这种东西会经常发生 不可能每次都去找医生 医生会给患者开非处方药 这样在以后遇到类似情况可以自行处理
当然现在我想来 考虑这么多 似乎有点不切实际 这道题做错 可能是因为美国和中国医疗体系差别太大造成的
