只是还是不太明白，第3题的E选项错在哪里呢？还有后面那句话“rules intended to ensure that at least one nurse is assigned for every four patients put through triage in a hospital emergency room.”中的“put through”的主语是哪个呢？后面这个从句两个谓语is assigned 和put through，如果put的主语是patients的话后者前面不需要加个that?
是不是有点钻牛角尖了？。。。
