the answer is D? i am highly skeptical

只可能是d了，其他选项都有问题

a，用not 。。。but rather结构，那么因该去掉it is

b，but is instead a family， instead没有这种用法

c，which 修饰family，改变句意

e，not 。。。but also。。。应该是not only 。。。but also

根据not...but....排除E

根据not....but...的并列排除A,B

C明显改变了原意。
