such that一定错啊直接干掉ACD

另外so修饰many people怎么怎样然后导致（that）怎么怎么样。。。B中so直接改变了意思。。。

account for做Mormons 的谓语动词啊，中间who是插入语修饰Mormons的

“只占一半”，我觉得不能以中文的习惯顺序判断，only是形容词，修饰的关键词是名词half

至于B的错误， so Mormons once 75 percent of the population are now accounting for only half，其中的once 75 percent of the population不能作为定语修饰Mormons吧

Mormons和75 percent of the population不是同一个概念，所以之间不能是were。同样在B选项中，75 percent of the population不能做Mormons的同位语，而Mormons represented 75 percent of the population 正确。
这样理解对不对呢？

误选了D。

看到only account for half，与原句修饰相同，紧跟了account，就顺手选了D。看了答案，感觉句子整体都是在强调人数，而且是与过去对比，之前represent75%, 而现在account for only half，这样比较合逻辑。only account的强调重心貌似错了。

AS for B,someone said:

you need commas around the appositive modifier ("once 75 percent of the population").

"are now accounting for" is bulky and unnecessary (especially vs. "account for" in the other choices).

only修饰half，表示人数的减少，所以要紧贴half。OG上有道类似题的解释是这样的。
