Humanitarian considerations aside, sheer economics dictates that country X should institute, as country Y has done, a nationwide system of air and ground transportation for conveying seriously injured persons to specialized trauma centers. Timely access to the kind of medical care that only specialized centers can provide could save the lives of many people. The earnings of these people would result in a substantial increase in country X's gross national product, and the taxes paid on those earnings would substantially augment government revenue.

The argument depends on the assumption that

D there would be a net increase in employment in country X if more persons survived serious injury.

我觉得这个assumption是在premise 之间的assumption: save lives of many people----> earnings results in increase in GNP.　（assumption:employment)
开始我找conclusion 和premise之间的gap,没有找到．怎么想也没想到和employment 有什么关系.
不知道我的想法对不对?---找premise之间的gap. 挺少见的. 还是此题有更正常的想法? 谢谢!

我觉得不能说是premise之间的assumption,而是premise和sub-conclusion之间的.

如此看来,属于正常的断桥型假设.
