55. The commission has directed advertisers to restrict the use of the word "natural" to foods that do not contain color or flavor additives, chemical preservatives, or nothing that has been synthesized.

 

   (A) or nothing that has been

   (B) nor anything that was

   (C) and nothing that is

   (D) or anything that has been

   (E) and anything

答案是D，但是这个时态是如何确定的，难道是和主语the commission一致吗，作为并列，不是应该和that 后面的现在一般时一致吗？

这题的考点在哪里呢,我觉得是not any的搭配,凭着这个搭配就可以找到所有的anything.又,否定表达里面只用or来链接,所以就是D.后面读下去,也是通顺的.

为什么是完成时呢.完成时表示在现在的动作之前就完成了.过去完成时在过去的某个时刻前完成.

这里synthesize是在contain之前就可以完成的,用了完成时就是特意强调这一点,没有用完成时的话感觉也是对的.
