答案是A。绝对没问题的。PREP的答案是绝对没问题的，不需要怀疑。

原文其实用了了个类比。答案只要打断类比，给出一种特殊情况就OK了。A 选说the downtown shopping district's anchor stores。就是特殊情况了。B选的话，典型的无关选项，用个BUS运点人，根本代表不了什么
