我觉得这题挺难得啊。。咋米人问的说。。自卑一个。。

答案是B，我选了C。现在我知道C为啥错了，因为breakup不能into...，但是D怎么错了。。

这个题是选C啊，breakup into为什么不可以呢？BD的it都指代不清，而且被动语态也不够简洁。

Ps.这个题号MS是GWD-10-Q39。。。

Nippon Telephone and Telegraph Company做同位语解释company!

but C项中：是要把那个公司分成两个小公司，而不是bankrupcy！再仔细读读句子！

对啊，我也觉得变成两个小公司的应该是大公司，而不是breakup，所以觉得C又不对了。。不过azhmm说得也有道理，BD的确有指代不清的问题耶。。。不知道it是指代breakup还是company

我一开始选了B，但是仔细想想还是应该选C。B 首先，it的指导肯定是有问题的。优先指代了主语，The breakup.而且被动也没有主动好。

C，后面未划线句子部分说了是分成了两个Local phone companies和一个long-distance provider.所以不应该理解成一个大公司分成了两个小公司。NTT指的就是一个大公司。

called for 为什么不能修饰 breakup啊？breakup into 也对着呢啊～这个关键错在was to be 吧。
