A 为什么不用过去完成时？came是过去时，has ever come不是应该发生在came之前吗？

用过去完成时意思会不一样, 表1940'S以前. 现在完成时表直到现在还是这样

这么说来，凡是遇到ANYONE，没有特定时间状语，都可以作为至今为止理解？

那么是不是可以当作固定搭配来记呢
