看了以前的讨论贴，没有定论，可刚还看机经版有些说考到了第一题，所以正确答案非常重要拉！    这两道题选什么阿！！

個人認為第一題選B.  原因是 more than 2,000 letters and documents on wooden tablets 才有 their details of personal life 的功能.
選項D 則是說 historical account.  但我認為 historical account 是藉由more thn 2000 letters and documents 產生出來的敘述.

而 另一個觀察點, "gathered" 這個詞更適合修飾 letters and documents 而不是指 historical account.

第二題  我想選E. 理由只是因為 C 太繁複了. E則很簡潔.

第一题我觉得你说得很有道理   现在语法题都要读懂句子了  可是  如果that从句是letters and documents的定语从句，不是修饰的太远了吗   谓语宾语都出来了  再放一个定语从句   感觉怪怪的.
