A中 it was said是插入语吗？还是“it was said that”省略了it，怎么来判断选A不选B？

只用被动不如主动来否定A太牵强了吧

a 应该是插入， b 会产生感觉 so prevelent 导致 squirral was said... 不是很好。相比较a 很自然 it is said that
