1.麻烦具体解释一下吧。那这里的that是跳跃修饰吗？这里the amount中的the是限定词吗？如果这样，还可以条约修饰吗？如果这里that 修饰amount 则应该用过去完成时，如果这里that修饰pho则用现在时可以理解。

3.也就是说inducing可以理解为第一句话的衍生，而and induce 相当于撇开第一部分说另一件事。不知理解对否。谢谢。
