maybe 一定错， like 不举例， as simple as when 错

A 选项是用illeness 和 symptom 对比   用的  so as 比较结构

            优先修饰problem；not..but..结构缺失；caused by :wordy(比较reaction to 而言）;like a  reaction 与句子主语insomnia不符合

C.   so much an illness or a physical condition but a symptom of another problem that may be as simple as when certain medications cause a reaction  

逻辑关系错误，anxiety...不是由medicine引起；as..as前后不平行

D.   so much an illness or a physical condition, but it is
            (wordy)
