The computer company’s present troubles are a result of technological stagnation,
        marketing missteps, and managerial blunders
        so that several attempts to revise corporate strategies have failed

我在A和D之间犹豫，最后还是选了A，因为我觉得有因此，以至于的意思在里面。。。it指代result。

难道是我想多了么，最后答案是D.

A,逻辑上不通，该公司的现状是1，2，3的结果，so that 无法改正

D,that 定语从句，该公司的现状是没有改正的1，2，3的结果。

就算A队也应该先选E阿。 that引导的是troubles的定语从句。所以不能用it要用them 但正因为是定语从句所以correct后不需再跟东西。

我认为判断A的问题，更多的应该从语义上看，逻辑有问题

A：公司有麻烦是一系列问题的结果，以致于很多修正策略的尝试都失败了。这样是说明了问题导致了修复失败，

而正确含义应该是修复失败的问题导致了麻烦。有点因果倒置的感觉。

另外关于D中that的指代应该是result，在另一个讨论贴中有NN详解。

that指代的是result.

a of b that...这个结构that修饰a和b的优先级是一样的。a of b,c and d that 这里面that优先修饰a，但也可能修饰d，看逻辑。

我倒是觉得D中的that就是指代managerial blunders，后面是对这个blunder的说明。

in that是因为的意思，那么这个句子就是讲，电脑公司现在的麻烦是来自technological stagnation,marketing missteps, and managerial blunders 是因为几次政策修改的尝试都没有能够改正他们.

这么理解有什么问题么？

我到是不明白为什么that 为什么不是只修饰blunders的？

D中的that引导的成分不会造成修饰不明的情况么

它可以修饰blunders 也可以修饰result吧

that 引导的是宾语从句，而且that其实是可以省略的！！！
