答案是C, 疑问是对B项的解释: compare to的比较对象不对等，前者419 times the pay of
blue-collar workers表达的是工资数，而后者42 times是比率。

a ratio 不是指代前面的419 times吗, 这样, 419 times compared to 42 times 没有错啊~

按解释理解, a ratio成指代419 times the pay of blue-collar workers了

B的明显问题是compare没有用被动

ratio是比例，419倍和42倍都是比例。

a ratio在这里是同位于解释前面的419倍，但是它不能同时又是42倍，一个比例只能是一个确定的数值，所以B逻辑错。
