我简单的总结了几点关于错误的疑问：
1，平行结构。A是to help surgeons和后面的to develop programs平行，C是to plan和to develop平行。为什么不是C那种平行呢？帮助外科医生计划有难度的手术和开展计划？？
2，"help"
help做动词可以用help sb. to do， 也可以省略to.是不是在ETS标准里大多数还是省略的好，因为字更少，更简略了？
3，“like”
C里面的like后面跟的是名词，省略了动词，直接用forXX，我觉得与前面的形式也是挺平衡的。是不是like的问题。我记得之前讨论过，as比较的强调动作，like强调对象。那这里为什么不好呢？？还是用like也不错呢？

而后面的to develop 对应的是are using computer images to，

我觉得说得对。computers那句里的people可以和computers直接对换，可以说成：people could be programmed to think.但是第一句就不能这样，不能说flight simulator will work for doctors and nurses.所第二句的like后面需要跟的就是一个词，这符合like的用法，但是第一句后面要跟一句话，即flight simulators will work for pilots.这是就不能再用like了。
Simulator for pilots在这里不是一个好的表达，因为前面的主句说的是"researchers do somthing for doctors and nurses".
首先，"for"在主句里面只是一个介词，我们在从句中做省略的话，不能够把动词省略了只留下介词。
并且，A does something for B和A for B表达的是不同的意思。
答案是A，我选了C。
