答案选E 我选的是D ，why ?

可能是看到unlike 习惯性的想到对比一致性了吧，很容易被迷惑，我觉得D此处主要在于没有E简洁，这里的while转折从句并要求一致性。从D E的用词就可以对比看出，the rate .failing is more than half 太wordy and awkward，没有E来的清楚，明了
