E阿题弄不明白没关系关键是抓住结论，结论说去掉关税会让城里人失业，也就是说反对去关税

只有E说村里人没利润了回去城里打工那么成立就业人口不久又多了吗？政府

C说的总体没说城乡我觉得GWD最好的状态就是不是很明白作对了因为临场很难1分钟想明白感觉抓住中心词无关排除

我明白了，呵呵，lifted这里是去除的意思，在商业中指却掉某一个条款，谢谢！
