我选了A,答案是C,等待NN解释....

DE的with结构错；AB的it指代profits，错。C的现在完成时态表达了对现在的影响。LZ是不是连OG都没有做过啊？

1、which +从句做非限定性定语修饰profits,而，因为前面的主句是主系表结构，所以with结结构应该只是做定于修饰profits.with应该是错在"状语从句不能修饰介词短语".
2、after + 动名词等同于完成式的结构. 即: after falling over the last two years = after having fallen over the last two years. 故可以得出后一结构redundant
