我像说的是D选项中，“that emitted annually by all ” that 应该指代pollutant 才对，因为原文中这样写道 total amount of pollutant emitted annually by vehicles ，明显emitted 实在修饰pollutant ,而作者又在比较amount,若that 指代amount，则the amount emitted annually by all 有明显的逻辑错误，偶个人认为此题无正确答案

可是each在后相当于同位语啊，前面是复数就用复数嘛
