E一开始想选但觉得貌似太狠了，我想问D为什么不对，它这样是说路的数量要看人口和地区，那不是就说钱投的多不代表ADEQUATE吗~~算推理过渡吗~~~
我也很不明白啊 这个问题中reasoning是指 原文第一句话么 我觉得应该对“sopkensperson 认为商人不来我们州市因为我们道路系统差”进行削弱啊 所以应该价格别的原因 所以认为 c和d都可以呀

这题没有明显的因果关系，只是讲路不好，和花钱修路，找他因有点困难，很容易无关。
文中说商人不来是因为我们路不好，作者反对这个观点，拿“我们花了很多钱”修路在支持他的观点：商人不是因为我们的路不好而不来的。那么E是很好的断桥削弱：因为你花大价钱修路，正是说明你的路不好。反驳了作者的观点。
