No senator spoke at the convention unless he or she was a Democrat. No Democrat both spoke at the convention and was a senator.

which one of the following conclusion can be correctly drawn form the statements above?

A. No one but senators spoke at the convention.
B. No Democrat spoke at the convention
C. Only Democrats spoke at the convention.
D. No senator spoke at the conventon.
E. Some Democrat senators spoke at the convetion.

这是一道条件推理题，但是我越推脑子越乱，请NN帮忙详细解释一下这道题，希望能通俗易懂。再次表示感谢！

我认为选D。

本题是归纳推断题，一切语义不明的都不选，违背原意的也不选。我们先用S代表Senator，D代表Democrat。第一句说了S不能在会议上发言，除非他/她是D，因此我们暂时认为只有D能够发言。第二句又说了D不可以同时是S又同时能在会议上发言，因此印证了S不能在会议上发言。

A.显然不正确，因为违背了第一句的意思。

B.显然不正确，因为违背了第一句的意思。

C.Only太绝对，除此之外，从第二句可知，如果Democrat是Senator，那么也不可以发言。所以条件不充分。

D.正确。

E.Some语义模糊，原文并没有拿出一部分人来做比较。

谢谢！我看懂了。新东方老师用公式套来套去，我觉得太复杂了，考试时我肯定也想不到这样的公式。经过你这么一解释，我明白了。
