从画线部分开始感觉成分不明确，只知道有一部分是插入语，意思很混乱。请指教

主詞: India food (單數)

考點是獨立主格: each +名詞+ 名詞.

而each 表"每個"的意思,後面要接單數可屬名詞

答案C/E 都是複數為錯.

A,B 的 their 為錯, 應該是 its.

with 是多余的，就 each +n +of 的结构下。

我倒是有个问题关于句子的后半部分：

Portuguese-influences Goan cooking of the west, to the More familiar
Mogul food of the north.

最后的 "，to" 完全独立任何成分？
