选C过去分词短语在句尾优先就近修饰名词,不会造成歧义修饰funds吗?

是不是因为有逗号隔开就不会造成歧义了呢?

如果修饰portfolios, 将是定语

如果修饰主句谓语creat, 将是状语。

请教。

如果做状语的话，解释不同。

为什么不能做状语呢？

做定语，大意是XX创建了一种旨在牛熊市场都赢利的股票。

做状语，大意是XX创建了一种股票，目的是想在牛熊市场都赢利。

好象都可以的，能再讲讲吗，RHOD？

如果做状语的话，还原出来应该是asset allocators intend to do sth..., 所以我觉得应该是现在分词intending, 而不是intended.
