是说美国生产东西想侵占欧洲市场，但人家欧洲不肯，自己生产了这个东西,侵占了大部分欧洲市场，那美国不是没欧洲市场了吗？那他现在不去欧洲了，改在自己国内生产了.C就是说如果美国也像欧洲制造商一样侵占大部分市场份额的话，那么他们不就是不去欧洲也能 maintain significant production levels了吗？

E正好相反，E说美国市场份额很小，欧洲市场没了，美国国内又没市场，那这些United States manufacturers 还怎么maintain significant production levels？
