每一年限制都提前比前一年提前结束，结束的时候就说明snow geese少了百分之5，变量不变，hunting的速率不变，题目中隐含，只说明总量在不段减少。那么说明snow geese的数量没有上升反而下降，weaken的是文章第一句，第一句不存在，后面也不存在，是most weanken。一般题目中出现most，肯定有几个weaken要作比较的。
