如果是doctors的话,那spend不是应该和to see 平行么,那么D中的spending怎么能对呢?

不是很清楚,可不可以把句子结构和意思解释下,我现在有点晕......

impose 和require平行，spending做伴随状语，要求医生多看些病人所以同时每个病人的时间就会减少

我觉得如果改成require doctors to see more patients and to spend从语法上没错，逻辑意思似乎没有原句好

"spending less time with each"是see more patient的隨伴.
因為see的邏輯主語是doctors, 所以spending的邏輯主語也是doctors.
