还请版主仔细解释下，对于placing分词结构和will ultimatedly place...从句结构，不是很清楚怎么排除。

另外D， it is expected that...中it指代的是that后面的部分，也就是“the majority of students entering law school this fall will be women is expected”感觉有点别扭，可是说不清楚。

"a trend that will ultimately place more women in leadership positions in politics and business"明確表達出來是將來會place更多women in leadership positions in politics and business
