题目要的是因果关系,不是对比.

我也错选了E。。
现在看来D是对的。首先D里面with the cost plummeting...and the mobile phones becoming...平行又对称，很整齐
再看E，逻辑关系不对，while表示对比，不表示原因。

而且E中时态错误，in the last year应该用一般过去时，而这里用的是has plummeted.

而且E中时态错误，in the last year应该用一般过去时，而这里用的是has plummeted.

同学，你好像弄错了哦，last 此处意思为"最近的"而不是"上一个",否则就不必用the. 这里in the last year要用完成时是对的

while引导的从句要与主句发生在同一时间，可是wireless service has plummeted与主句不是同一时间发生的，用while错误，而且用as表示原因或伴随更为合适

而且E中and连接的2个不对等，一个是 has plummeted in the last year，一个是 are increasingly common, 没有D那么工整。
