OECD 有一个关于转让定价的书，指导成员国之间的转让定价，还有你到国税总局的网上看看预约定价的规章和法律规定，具体的书籍在书店里面很多

Has many US, EU and Japan-focused papers. Has some China-related papers as well but I'm not deep in this so don't know if they suit your purpose

There're only a handful of firms specializing in this area. Are you interviewing for a vacancy in China? If it's in China you might be required to know about transfer pricing practices in China

In Europe and the US, depending on what level they're recruiting at, knowledge of law and international economics (MA/JD/PhD level) are preferred. The field is very specialized and you'll have to review trucks of legal and technical documents. For junior positions, you need to run statistical analyses for the consultants. So you should know how to use the stats package that your firm uses. Hope it helps

如果是in house的比较困难，如果是big 4的进去以后会有比较好的人带的。。。手把手吧

最近中国关于这个的政策变化太快了。。。
