请教正确答案，我觉得正确答案是A。划线部分前面的a corporation commits....whenever....commits a crime对应前面的“in the US today”,后面的两个if是虚拟语气，所以用过去式"acted"和"benefited"。但是我不是很肯定这个解释，求教，谢谢。

umm...E中的whose是可以, LS可以看一下OG/Prep, 很多句子都是用whose指代非animated的東東.
LZ可能把E打錯...如果沒打錯"commit a crime"之後的comma造成fragment.

可是如果A是虚拟的话，为什么主句没有would/might/could 呢？
