当时选c的时候感觉debate over/about 词组要完整。有没有大牛解释一下？

umm..."someone debates (as a verb) whether..."是一個常見的結構.
Longman上有...
LZ可以背一下.

这里如果用debate over 后面是sthg。感觉跟句子就不对了。debate是可以直接跟的。
