的意思也没有提示说and that后面的内容一定要修饰university，大家怎么看？）

(D) 正确用that从句能有效的表现convinced的内容; where清晰的表现了university和students关系

umm...語法上, B的確沒什麼問題(at least I can't see it...)
比較B和D:
- B中的兩個that從句並列代表兩個that從句並沒有邏輯關係.
- D中的where表示where和前面的that從句有邏輯關係; 而且這個邏輯關係也make sense.
回頭看A, 可以看到兩個從句是有邏輯關係...

请教版主，so that的表达的因果逻辑关系为什么可以用where代替呢？gmat不是不prefer用where的吗？

so that和where不是interchangable.
我只是說A中的so that**表示**兩個從句有邏輯關係.
where常常會被"介詞+which"代替, 可是where本身是沒有問題, OG/Prep上有很多用where的句子.

是没有强调and that后面的内容一定要修饰universities,但如果要正确的话不需要有逗号。
