E中not when it is除了也没有连词连接，此选项还有什么问题呢？

E我觉得有两个错误。首先the inalienable right 的定冠词the错误，第一次出现的事物不用the。
其次when it is，it指代太遥远了..假如按照最近的单数名词是production，明显不符合逻辑，逻辑指代ownership
都排完之后就剩下C了..
我做很多SC后就有觉悟了..不要执着选项是完美的..只要比其他项错得少就好了...

谢谢你的回复！！关于E我已经明白过来了，只不过我的想法跟你的有点不一样哈。
我认为E中it指代是没有问题的，因为only when与not when平行，it可以指代the ownership of both property and the means of production。
E应该错在the ownership不是is a license，而是is regarded as a license，所以E逻辑意思错了。
另外，我在想，是不是not可能有这种用法的（虽然在字典中没查到）？？？ It is an apple, not a pear.
