sth is sth指静止的东西的状态
而to do is to do 强调了动作，说做这个就是做那个

OG上有道农民储存橘子的题，好像就是这个结构，我找到了贴上来......

所以簡化後是
One legacy of Madison Avenue's recent campaign is the realization that....
如果用to realize
One legacy of Madison Avenue's recent campaign is to realize....意思不對 -- Madison Avenue's recent campaign遺留下來的東東是去領悟...

The best way is to soak them in liquid after pounding them.

有一點要注意的是the way/goal is to do something是一種固定的用法; 不用並列to.

版主，你的意思是不是说本题中的结构不是to do sth is to do sth,是the best way to do sth...后面可以接除了不定式以外其他的形式？（有例子吗？）
我在LZM的书上看到这样一个不定式的结构：to do sth is to do sth
例句是：
To read of Abigail Adams' lengthy separation from her family,her difficult travels,and her constant battles with illness is to feel intensely how harsh life was even for the so-called aristocracy of Revolutionary times.
解释说这里有平行对称的两个不定式

1. to do something is to do something是常見的結構. 可是OG那一題並不是.
2. Usage可以看Longman:
- Evening classes are one way of meeting new people.
- There's no way of knowing if the treatment will work.
