不好意思，打字慢了，就只把我有疑问的发出来了.

E)既然有这种技术可以不让表面的水受到污染，那么不是就不用ban了吗？不就不支持conclusion了吗。所以我就认为E 也是对的，谢谢各位了

我自己来踩踩哈，是不是题目给的

不知道海底是不是会有影响——要禁令排放到表面

D选项就针对这个premise“不知道海底是不是会有影响”提出了质疑，说海底会受到影响

E为什么不对了，难道与题目链接不紧密，不好意思，真的很需要大家帮忙，谢谢

E项说明倾倒在海底的sludge不会spread，所以不用ban，所以supports the conclusion that the bans on ocean dumping should be revised to apply only to coastal waters

D项我认为是无关，所以不support结论
