我也觉得A指代Elk now live almost solely in the Rocky Mountains, 有待质疑

但是BCDE都能够排除只能选A了吧

原句用while强调的是前面的句子，但是but转折强调后面的句子

这样不算做改变原意吗?

反正每次他一开始就唉声叹气觉得大家烂泥扶不上墙一副死磕也上不了700的感觉。所以每次听都很烦其实。。

恩我觉得while 强调的是在同时的时候两个有对比的事情。。转折意味没有but强而这题是说他们现在住在哪里，但是原来是住在哪里的。。。所以选了but。。。你觉得呢？

A錯: which不能指代句子
C錯: their living
D錯: 邏輯主語錯
E錯: "from the fact that" awkward; "since"表"原因/從...開始", 在這都不對
