题干中joined是主动，所以应该是谓语吧？那为什么不选d呢？D中的injured作为who was injured的省略形式到底有啥问题呢？请牛牛帮忙啊~

哦，那是这种后置定语都只能修饰逗号前面的那个词？还有一个问题，那句中的joined当被动讲吗？好别扭啊，请牛牛指点~谢谢
