问题是用“including”不会有修饰term或者party的歧义吗？

'includeing' 后的内容是不同的职位(posts)，用which的话修饰的可能是term，可能是party, 逻辑有错误还有歧异，所以只能用including修饰中心词post

多谢dalphia, 如果用定语从句的话，肯定是有修饰歧义的，排除法做完这道题后一直在考虑的就是是否有更明显强烈的理由用including。

后置的‘, including (或其他doing形式的分词)’可以作定语修饰前面句中的一个名词，也可以作状语修饰前面的句子表示与前句谓语动词（前句必须有谓语动词）的伴随、结果等关系

作后置状语时：
', which do/ that do'和‘, doing’只能选', doing' (注意是在定语从句和,doing比较时)

作后置定语时：
‘which do / that do’能够通过‘do’的单复数强制修饰正确的对象，但如果这个do没有单复数，比如may do, ', to which ...', etc, 此项只能修饰','之前最临近的<n>;

which项错了的话看', doing'项: doing一律修饰‘，’前最临近的<n>短语的中心词(比如这句话including跳过了with短语修饰posts)

作前置定语时：
一定是主句主语发出的动作，且doing这个动作发生再主句谓语动词之前或同时
eg. using a certain equipment, scientists
detected ...：using由scientists发出，且发生在deteced之前

首先，有个认知性的错误，

including是介词

langman上面：

in‧clud‧ing

used to introduce something or someone that is part of a larger group or amount you have just mentioned [≠ excluding]:

You'll need a variety of skills, including leadership and negotiating.
