我是选A，思路：
病史可以从头发的化学分析中得到
B不一定有过venereal disease，B时代水银被普遍用于治疗v.d.，如果在B头发中发现水银，推出B的耳聋是由v.d.引起的
假设：摄入体内的水银不会被消除
只有摄入的水银不会被消除，才有可能在头发里发现水银，才有可能推出耳聋是由v.d.引起的。
这是当时的思路，现在打出来的时候也觉得怪怪的，但是B选项是怎么琢磨也不清楚。。。
