如题，我们可以交流下怎么弄这个IBT的考试，本人是green hand,第一次考IBT，还不知道怎么弄。

Is it the truth that no people in Shenzhen will have the IBT test on 5/16,maybe we can share some information,more important thing is that we can practise the oral english at starbucks at the Mixed City if any possible.
