答案选d,解释因为别的句子都有语法错误。

我在c和d中彷徨。

我选的c，c的确that指代不对，但是d我感觉主干被改变了。

原句的主语是study, 到了d中却study变成了状语。

很迷茫，c和d都觉得不太好，以后遇到这种情况怎么办？

不是高手，试着解释一下吧。。。
当主语是物时，show 一般跟从句，意为：表明。或跟简单短语，意为：显示（某种信息或标志）。这道题中，show的用法显然不对，只能改主语了或者把短语改成从句。因为短语优于从句，所以要改主语了。
只是针对这道题。。。。这种不太明显的，只好优先用排除法吧。。。。。没准儿原句的主干就不对。。。。

那这道题目中that 在几个选项中分别指代什么啊？请高手指点that的成分指代，非常不清楚，谢谢。

B中指代striking similarities和identical twins都可以，但是从逻辑意思上来说，应该是指代前者；C同理。我的理解，不知道对不对。
