答案是D.我也知道从推理链来说，找出Gap的话就是D。但是为什么A不对呢……我没有找到一个理由说服自己A不对。。。

我本来也是选的A，后来看到答案之后又想了下现在这么理解，顶上去，求NN解答~

感觉是d，里面说了pilot training有问题应该就是说pilot本身有错误吧

另外，题目的重心是investigators，而不是Pilot ；而且题目用了主观词should, 选项D用should contribute 回应。体会这种ETS出题的感觉。
