这题选E,我想问如果这道题把D改为the brain growth in mice when it is placed in a stimulating environment or the increase in canaries'neurons when they是不是就对了呢?而且要比E更好些呢?谢谢~~

今天做到了这个题,看了解释后我是这样理解的

主语是examples of neurogenesis,谓语是include;而the production of new brain cells是neurogenesis的同位语,意思是新的大脑细胞的生成,因此include的宾语都应该举大脑细胞生成的例子,而ABC都说的是大脑,所以不对

D里面in canaries' neurons when they learn new songs.when they的they就近指neurons不对

因此选E

但是我使终不明白对D的解释里说"when placed" modifies "documented examples"...请NN们帮忙看一下好吗?

回楼上，确实有点这方面的歧义，when也能理解成主句的一个时间状语,但是有点牵强...不过读的时候确实感觉有修饰主语的意思，其实主要错误还是强加了when这个关系吧
