in C, "show promise" (=/= promise) can not be useful to determine in evaluating the argument.

选A吗

我觉得C没有削弱原题,都是说新技术的存在对于海水提铀这个方法的重要性

而A是一种他因削弱,不一定是降低了成本才能海水提铀,陆地上铀的缺乏也是实施海水提铀的原因

不知道各位nn有啥想法
