我觉得OG的解释很牵强，不明白为什么答案是C？为什么A错？

原题的大概意思：许多公司有员工助理的计划，这个助理计划是员工免费提高身体健康，减少压力和学会戒烟的方法。

这个计划增加工人的生产力，减少矿工，减少员工的保险成本。

因此，这个计划有利于公司和员工。

A，我认为很A没什么错误---除非fitness programs 不是指代assistence programs ？

B，错，削弱

C 经常锻炼可减少心脏病和增加体能。

从哪里能够看出“经常锻炼”和这个“帮助计划”有什么关系？

D无关

E说法了，削弱了

MM已经把结论找出来了，这个计划能使劳资双方获利。

A，是无关，是否popular与获利没什么关系。

C，锻炼是帮助计划的一部分

现在我明白了A错的原因了，的确是否popular 与劳资双方获利无关。A确实错了

C，帮助计划 "improve their physical fitness"是指锻炼的意思吗？

一般physical fitness是体力的意思，加强体力应该就是通过锻炼的吧。
