其实我认为是这样的大家先不看WOULD HAVE TO 和 HAVE TO 的区别，先看 ECONOMIC 与ECONOMICAL 的差别，这里应该用ECONOMIC 所以排除B和C 其次THAN 后面 A和E 选项后面都没有相应的比较物，所以排除A和E 啦就剩下D 啦
