发现他家虽然有全奖，但杂七杂八的Fee，不包括电脑，书，保险，都要3-4千美元，大大高于其他学校。这是不是学校变相降低奖学金阿？

一般州立学校都这样，杂费多，不过laptop fee只是第一年的，而且这些费用里应该包括gym fee, 如果单独入也不少钱了
