Individual entrepreneures do not necessarily rely on their kin becuase they cannot obtain financial backing form commercial resource.

is it like :

I don't buy the book because I don't have money(我不买这书不是因为我没钱)

能这么翻译吗

这样看：Individual entrepreneures do not necessarily becuase they cannot obtain financial backing form commercial resource rely on their kin

把rely on their kin 提前了，Individual entrepreneures 并不是必因为他们不能从COMMERICAL RESOURCE获得FINANCIAL BACKING 而依赖与他们的KIN，就是说他们可以从COMMERCIAL RESOURCE获得FINANCIAL BACKING

Individual entrepreneures do not necessarily rely on their kin （Just) becuase they cannot obtain financial backing form commercial resource.

Individual entrepreneures 没有必要仅仅因为cannot obtain financial backing form commercial resource而需依赖their kin。

这是英文的标准句型：not do sth. because...。做某事不是因为...。

独立企业家依赖他们的亲属不是因为他们不能从商业机构获得财政支持。

但是necessarily在这里起什么作用？请NN解释。

我认为就是直译：我不买这本书因为我没钱。not当然有时是否定后面的because(跟讨论的句子一样），如果是这样，此句翻译：我买这本书不是因为我没钱，根据上下文可能有时也讲的通，不过通常情况应不是这样。我想not到底是否定主句的动词还是否定后面的because主要还是上下文的理解，因为not不是每次都是否定后面的because。

至于其中还有什么规律，请各位NN指点。
